Updating a line in one place updates the line everywhere (look for a blue asterisk). Synced lines let you sync the contents of an item across your notes. A handy new context menu even lets you choose what will happen to the task: Move, Link, or Copy it to the destination note. NotePlan 3.8.1 lets your drag and drop tasks from Search, Filters, or References right onto the calendar or timeline (macOS only).
